৪. মূল্যায়ন শেষে শিক্ষার্থীদের দুর্বল দিক চিহ্নিত করে শিক্ষকগণ সুনির্দিষ্ট মন্তব্য করছেন কিনা তা পরিবীক্ষণ করতে হবে;
৫. প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের শ্রেণি ও বিষয়ভিত্তিক মূল্যায়ন রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে;
৬. এ কার্যক্রমে শিক্ষার্থী যেন কানাে অনৈতিক চাপের মুখােমুখি না হয় তা লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে;
৭. এতদসংক্রান্ত কোনাে স্পষ্টীকরণ প্রয়ােজন হলে সহযােগিতা করতে হবে;
৮. ২০ মার্চ ২০২১ থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে সপ্তাহ ভিত্তিক মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট বা নির্ধারিত কাজ ছাড়া শিক্ষার্থীদের আর কোন ধরনের পরীক্ষা বা বাড়ির কাজ যেন দেওয়া না হয় তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে;
৯. মূল্যায়ন বিষয়ক এ নির্দেশনা প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধান কর্তৃক অভিভাবক ও শিক্ষার্থীদের নিকট পৌঁছানাের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।

৩. মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তর, আঞ্চলিক, জেলা ও উপজেলা পর্যায়ের শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তাগণ উক্ত মূল্যায়ন কার্যক্রমের কার্যকারিতা ও ফলপ্রসূতা যাচাইয়ে শিক্ষার্থী প্রদত্ত এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট বা নির্ধারিত কাজ মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া পরিবীক্ষণ করবেন। সেজন্য এগুলাে যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে;
৪. কোনাে শিক্ষার্থী যেন অনৈতিক কোনাে চাপের মুখােমুখি না হয় তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। এ বিষয়ে প্রয়ােজনে কোনাে স্থানীয় শিক্ষা কর্মকর্তাগণের সাথে যােগাযােগ করা যেতে পারে;
৫. ২০ মার্চ ২০২১ থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে সপ্তাহ ভিত্তিক এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট প্রদান ও জমা নেওয়ার কাজ শুরু করতে হবে;
৬. এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট বা নির্ধারিত কাজের ক্ষত্রে সরবরাহকৃত গ্রিড (মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরের ওয়েব সাইটে প্রকাশিত) অনুসরণ করতে হবে;
৭. সামাজিক দূরত্ব বজায় রাখার জন্য প্রয়ােজনে এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট বা নির্ধারিত কাজ জমা রাখার বক্স এর ব্যবস্থা করা যেতে পারে;
৮. সামাজিক দূরত্ব বজায় রাখার জন্য নির্দিষ্ট দিনে ও সময়ে শ্রেণিভিত্তিক এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট বা নির্ধারিত কাজ জমা ও পরবর্তী কাজ বিতরণ করতে হবে;
৯. নােট, গাইড, অনলাইন বা অন্য কারা লেখা থেকে নকল করে এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট বা নির্ধারিত কাজ জমা দিলে তা বাতিল করে পুনরায় সেই এ্যাসাইনমেন্ট বা নির্ধারিত কাজ জমা দেওয়ার নির্দেশ দিতে হবে;
