কারবারি বাট্টা (Trade Discount):
ধারে কিংবা নগদে ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের সময় পণ্যের লিখিত মূল্য থেকে যে পরিমাণ মূল্য ছাড় দেওয়া হয় তাকে কারবারি বাট্টা বলে। এই বাট্টাকে ব্যবসায়িক বাট্টা, বাণিজ্যিক বাট্টা, বিনিময় বাট্টা, পরিমান বাট্টা, ট্রেড বাট্টা, মৌসুমী বাট্টা ইত্যাদি নামেও অভিহিত করা হয়। এ বাট্টা লেনদেনের অংশ নয়; তাই এ বাট্টার ফলে ব্যবসাযের আর্থিক অবস্থার পরিবর্তন। হ্য না। তাই ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতা কেউই এই বাট্টার হিসেব রাখে না। পণ্যের লিখিত মূল্য থেকে কারবারি বাট্টা বাদ দিয়ে প্রকৃত ক্রয়মূল্য বা বিক্রয়মূল্য লিপিবদ্ধ করা হ্য। কারবারি বাটা দুই প্রকারঃ ১. ক্রয় বাট্টা ২. বিক্রয় বাট্টা।
১ ক্রয় বাট্টাঃ পণ্য ক্রয় করার সময় লিখিত মূল্য হতে যে পরিমাণ টাকা ছাড় পাওয়া যায় সেটিই হচ্ছে ক্রয় বাট্টা l

২০২০ জানু-১: ১০% কারবারি বাট্টায় পণ্য ক্রয় বাট্টা ১,০০০ টাকা।
২. বিক্রয় বাট্টাঃ পণ্য বিক্রয় করার সময় ক্রেতাকে লিখিত মূল্য হতে যে পরিমাণ টাকা ছাড় দেওয়া হয় সেটিই হচ্ছে বিক্রয় বাট্টা।
উদাহরণঃ
২০২০ জানু-৫: রহিমের নিকট ১০% কারবারি বাট্টায় পণ্য বিক্রয় ৩,০০০ টাকা

নগদ বাট্টা (Cash Discount):
দেনা-পাওনা নিষ্পত্তির জন্য বা দ্রুত টাকা আদায়ের জন্য যে পরিমাণ অর্থ ছাড় দেয়া হয় তাকে নগদ বাট্টা বলে। নগদ বাট্টা হলাে একটি অনগদ লেনদেন। এর ফলে নগদ তহবিলের পরিবর্তন হয় না কিন্তু আর্থিক অবস্থার পরিবর্তন হয়। তাই ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতা উভয় এই বাট্টার হিসেব রাখেন।
নগদ বাট্টা দুই প্রকারঃ ১. প্রাপ্ত বাট্টা৷ ২. প্রদত্ত বাট্টা।
প্রাপ্ত বাট্টা:
সরবরাহকারী বা পাওনাদারকে মূল্য পরিশােধের সময় শত্তানুযায়ী প্রকৃত ক্রয়মূল্য বা প্রদ্যে মূল্য থেকে যে পরিমাণ ছাড় পাওয়া যায় তাকে প্রাপ্ত বাট্টা বলা হয়। প্রাপ্ত বাট্টা হলাে বিপরীত ব্যয়। (খরচ) হিসাব। প্রাপ্ত বাট্টাকে নগদ প্রদান জাবেদায় লিপিবদ্ধ করা হয়। আর্থিক বিবরণী প্রস্ততকরণের সময় প্রাপ্ত বাটা আয বিবরণীতে ক্র্য থেকে বাদ দিয়ে দেখাবাে হয়।
উদাহরণঃ ২০২০ জানু-১: ১০% নগদ বাট্টায় পণ্য ক্রয় ১,০০০ টাকা ২০২০
জানু-৫: মেহেরজানকে ১,০০০ টাকার পাওনার পূর্ণ নিষ্পত্তিতে ৯৩০ টাকা প্রদান করা হল।
